Birkman 301 will take place in person at the Hyatt Regency Houston on November 9–10. This advanced certification deepens practitioner expertise in systemic interpretation, complex component combinations, and coaching with nuanced data—bridging insight and presence to elevate advanced consulting impact. Overview Birkman 301: Advanced Certification elevates Certified Professionals beyond foundational interpretation into an advanced, systemic understanding of The Birkman Method. Participants learn to interpret component combinations, uncover behavioral contradictions, and coach with nuance and confidence using complex client data. Duration: 2 Days - 9am-5pm CST (Lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm CST) Price: $2,200 Advanced Certification introduces concepts that build on a robust understanding of the Birkman Method and therefore has the following prerequisites: Birkman Certification or equivalent (Level I, Legacy Certification, The Birkman Method Certification, or Birkman Signature Certification) Two years as a Birkman Certified Professional Completion of 25 or more conversations using the Birkman Signature Report Exceptions to these requirements may be made on a case-by-case basis, please contact Birkman POLICIES Registration and Payment Registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received and processed. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified. Enrollment Availability Enrollment is granted on a first‑come, first‑served basis until the class reaches maximum capacity or until one week prior to the scheduled start date. If a session becomes full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Refund Policy Refunds are not issued after registration is completed. Participants are encouraged to review all program details prior to registering. Exceptions may be considered only in documented emergency circumstances. Rescheduling Policy Participants may request to reschedule into another class session if space is available. One (1) rescheduling request is permitted per calendar year. A rescheduling fee of $250 will apply to requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original course start date. Company‑Initiated Changes If Birkman modifies a course’s date, location, or delivery format (e.g., classroom vs. virtual), registered participants may choose to reschedule into a different session or receive a full refund of the paid course fee.
