Overview The Birkman Method Certification Workshop is a three‑day, hands‑on learning experience designed to equip professionals with the skills and confidence to interpret Birkman data and lead powerful coaching and development conversations. Through interactive learning, practical application, and guided practice, participants gain a deep understanding of personality, motivation, behavior, and team dynamics, allowing them to bring greater clarity and impact to their work. Focus Areas Behavioral Insights Understand the Birkman Map, Usual Behaviors, Needs, and Stress Behaviors to decode how individuals naturally operate. Motivation & Interests Explore personal and career motivations to guide development, job satisfaction, and performance alignment. Birkman Components Learn the 9 behavioral dimensions in depth and apply them to individual and team scenarios. Coaching Conversations Practice delivering effective, insightful Birkman feedback sessions with structured models and peer practice. Team Facilitation Skills Analyze team dynamics, lead group discussions and use Birkman insights to support collaboration and collective performance. Practical Tools & Digital Resources Apply Birkman reports, including Signature and Career Reports, to real client or organizational challenges. The certification program comprises three different parts: Comprehensive eLearning Prep Course encompassing four- to six-hour interactive materials that include interactive activities, videos, and audio 90-minute conversation on your Birkman Signature Report to build your self-awareness on your motivations, strengths, and expectations. Three-day live workshop where you will develop a playbook of experiences through group activities, table discussions, case study analyses, and real-life examples related to the Birkman Signature Report. This report will serve as the central focus for discussions and scenario evaluations. You will also practice using digital resources for virtual client conversations. LOCATED 575 N. Dairy Ashford Rd., Suite 600; Houston, TX 77079 To be eligible for the live training workshop, you must have completed the interactive eLearning Prep Course and the 90-minute conversation. Attendance Full attendance and active engagement are required to qualify as a Birkman Certified Professional and to receive a certificate of completion. Breaks are included in each session to support participant focus. Any anticipated schedule interruptions must be communicated to the Training Team in advance. POLICIES Registration and Payment Registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received and processed. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified. Enrollment Availability Enrollment is granted on a first‑come, first‑served basis until the class reaches maximum capacity or until one week prior to the scheduled start date. If a session becomes full, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Refund Policy Refunds are not issued after registration is completed. Participants are encouraged to review all program details prior to registering. Exceptions may be considered only in documented emergency circumstances. Rescheduling Policy Participants may request to reschedule into another class session if space is available. One (1) rescheduling request is permitted per calendar year. A rescheduling fee of $250 will apply to requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original course start date. Company‑Initiated Changes If Birkman modifies a course’s date, location, or delivery format (e.g., classroom vs. virtual), registered participants may choose to reschedule into a different session or receive a full refund of the paid course fee. Participants will be notified as early as possible of any such changes. Birkman Map: Interests Toolkit Developed by expert workshop facilitators, the Birkman Map: Interests Toolkit gives you the resources to drive insightful discussions with teams, helping them explore their Interests in the workplace.
