The Birkman Method Certification focuses on building a foundational knowledge of The Birkman Method. By completing The Birkman Method Certification, you will acquire the essential expertise to effectively apply Birkman in coaching individuals and organizations, enabling them to reach their full potential and maximize their performance capabilities. The certification program comprises three different parts: Comprehensive eLearning Prep Course encompassing four- to six-hour interactive materials that include interactive activities, videos, and audio 90-minute conversation on your Birkman Signature Report to build your self-awareness on your motivations, strengths, and expectations. Three-day live workshop where you will develop a playbook of experiences through group activities, table discussions, case study analyses, and real-life examples related to the Birkman Signature Report. This report will serve as the central focus for discussions and scenario evaluations. You will also practice using digital resources for virtual client conversations. To be eligible for the live training workshop, you must have completed the interactive eLearning Prep Course and the 90-minute conversation. Attendance during the scheduled training hours is mandatory to become a Birkman Certified Professional and to earn your certificate of completion. It is crucial to give your full attention and actively participate to ensure a successful training experience for all attendees. To address any questions that may arise after the session, the Training Department will host a monthly one-hour gathering. These sessions will provide an opportunity for participants to share experiences, gain insights from others, and ask questions regarding the implementation and interpretation of The Birkman Method. Accelerate Birkman also wants to accelerate your knowledge and usage of The Birkman Method by providing you with resources to begin delivering seminars and team-building exercises immediately. The acceleration includes three Birkman Map Toolkits, each with slide decks, facilitator guides, and participant materials, valued at $2000. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis until a class is at capacity or 6 days prior to the start date, whichever occurs first. Refunds will not be provided after registration. Participants may reschedule to another class if there are seats available. One rescheduling request may be made within the same calendar year. A rescheduling fee may apply if made within 14 days of the start date. For changes to course date, location, or format (classroom vs. virtual) initiated by Birkman, registered participants have the option to reschedule to a different session or receive a full refund for the paid amount. Birkman Map: Interests Toolkit Developed by expert workshop facilitators, the Birkman Map: Interests Toolkit gives you the resources to drive insightful discussions with teams, helping them explore their Interests in the workplace. By exploring their Interests, individuals gain increased knowledge around their energizers and "energy zappers" in the workplace, as well as the tasks and activities they may prioritize most and least. Filled with activities and personal reflection, the goal of this workshop is to create fun, interesting dialogue for teams.  This Birkman At Work toolkit empowers you with the resources to host a dynamic Birkman workshop on the impact of interests on work.
