IM: Image Management is one of our six Perspectives scales which helps explain the why behind our behaviors. This focused training builds on our self-paced learning on the Image Management report and offers an opportunity to engage in a deeper dive into this perspective.
Image Management examines the influences that shape our view of leadership, risk-taking, goal setting, and situations involving our public image. It provides insight into how an individual views themselves in relation to how they view others and serves as an enhancement to our legacy Challenge scale. Understanding Image Management serves as an important reference point when determining the most effective way to approach an individual and prepare for a Birkman Conversation.
