Birkman Map: Stress Behavior Toolkit
Developed by expert workshop facilitators, the Birkman Map: Stress Behavior Toolkit gives you the resources to drive insightful discussions with teams, helping them better understand their own personal sources of stress and how to manage them more proactively. By exploring their Stress Behaviors and underlying Needs, individuals gain increased knowledge and tools to build resilience at work. Filled with activities and personal reflection, the goal of this workshop is to improve participants' self-awareness and help teams recognize their Stress Behaviors in real workplace situations.
The interactive, 2-hour workshop covers:

- The Birkman Colors
- Stress Behavior
- Team Dynamics

Objectives
This Birkman at Work session has the following objectives:
- To identify different causes of stress in the workplace
- To understand what your Stress Behavior is and how it manifests
- To become aware of how different personalities respond under stress
- To learn three steps to manage and relieve feelings of stress effectively
Obtaining an understanding of the causes and impacts of Stress Behavior helps:
- Create strategies to gain control over negative reactions
- Learn ways to be more productive even when under stress
- Gain greater awareness of how other people act when they’re stressed
